The Ukrainian Professionals in London March monthly gathering took place at the Ukrainian Institute London on Thursday, 31 March.
The objective of the exclusive joint Ukrainian Space and Ukrainian Institute London event was to bring the professional community in touch with Ukrainian organisations here in London.
The event was initiated by Olexiy Soroka of Ukrainian Space, a group of young dynamic Ukrainian Professionals living in London that meet every last Thursday of the month. Andy Hunder, Director of the Ukrainian Institute London, made a short introductory speech about the Institute and about the Ukrainian Diaspora in the United Kingdom in general. The event was attended by more than 20 young Ukrainian professionals, most of who work in the City of London. Wolodymyr Luciw, an active veteran member of the Ukrainian community in London also attended the event and shared his experience of community life in the UK over the past 50 years.
